Yes, you can use your Apple Watch as a heart rate monitor if it is running watchOS 5.0 or later. To enable this feature:

  • Navigate to the Ride tab in the app.
  • Set up your ride by selecting a map and choosing a workout (or none).
  • Toggle the Extend to Watch feature on before starting your ride.

When you begin your ride, your Apple Watch will display a prompt asking for permission to mirror the ride. Once you confirm, the ride will start as usual, and your Apple Watch will function as your heart rate monitor.

Enjoy seamless integration and accurate heart rate tracking directly from your wrist!

Yes, you can extend your ride to your Apple Watch while using your usual Bluetooth heart rate monitor. To enable this:

  • Go to the Settings tab in the app.
  • Navigate to Heart Sensor.
  • Toggle on the Prioritize Heart Rate Sensor option.

When this setting is enabled, your ride will be mirrored on your Apple Watch, displaying real-time information about your ongoing ride. The heart rate displayed, however, will be sourced from your Bluetooth heart rate monitor instead of the Apple Watch’s heart rate monitor.

This setup allows you to enjoy ride mirroring on your Apple Watch while continuing to use your preferred heart rate monitor.

The Strava export feature is disabled if you are not connected to Strava or if all required permissions haven’t been granted.

To fix this:
  • Open the app and go to Settings.
  • Navigate to Integration > Strava.
  • If you are not connected, tap Connect to Strava and follow the prompts to log in and authorize the app.
  • If you are already connected, try disconnecting and reconnecting to Strava to ensure all permissions are properly granted.

Once the connection is established, the export feature should be re-enabled.

The differences occur because Strava automatically removes periods where you are not moving (idling) from their statistics, while our app includes the entire duration of your activity, including idle time. As a result, Strava may show a shorter duration and higher averages for speed and power compared to the app. This is expected behavior and ensures consistency with Strava's calculation methods.

We take your privacy and security very seriously. The app is built with privacy at its core. Your data is encrypted and securely stored directly on your device. No personal data is uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties. You’re always in control of your information.
